Safety Is Our Number One Priority.
LeDuc Asphalt Milling is committed to the health and well-being of all parties involved in our projects.
We recognize our responsibility to protect not only our employees but also the public, the environment, and anyone who could be impacted by our work. It is our goal to uphold a zero-injury workplace and we achieve this by:
- Emphasizing the importance of personal safety throughout all levels of our organization.
- Educating new employees on local safety regulations and company safety standards.
- Providing ongoing safety training to managers, supervisors, and other employees.
- Creating a safe environment on site before we begin the work.
- Working responsibly and practicing heightened awareness while on the job.

Established in 1983
All LeDuc Asphalt Milling employees are required to adhere to local regulations, including the Alberta Occupational and Safety Act, as well as our company safety manual. This document provides clear guidelines for safe work practices, equipment operation and maintenance, hazard assessment and management, emergency preparedness, inspections, and other health and safety-related issues.
Leduc has followed and adopted the safety standards set out by the COR certification program, administered by the Alberta Construction Safety Association (ACSA), and has been certified since 1993.
